Every sale has a name on it.

Each ad Boomerang builds carries its video's ID. When Shopify reports an order, we read the link or discount code the buyer used and credit that athlete. You see Meta's number too, but commission is paid only on real orders.

How is Boomerang different from an affiliate app?

Affiliate apps give athletes a code and a cut. Boomerang gives brands the whole program: athlete pages, briefs, gear, ads, a community with levels, and commission matched to real orders. Athletes and members grow with the brand instead of just selling for it.

How do medals and levels work?

Athletes earn XP for sales, approved videos and finished briefs and climb Bronze, Silver, Gold and Podium. Community members earn XP for challenges, check-ins and referrals and climb Warm-up to Contender. Each brand chooses the rewards at every level. Medals are never taken away.

How is a sale credited to an athlete?

Every ad Boomerang creates carries the video’s ID in its link. When an order comes in with that link, or with the athlete’s discount code, the sale is credited to that athlete. Last click within 7 days by default.

Why not just use Meta’s purchase numbers?

Meta’s numbers include modelled and view-through conversions, which usually run higher than real orders. We show them for context, but commission is paid on matched orders only.

What happens if an order is refunded?

Commission sits in a 14-day hold. If the order is refunded during that time, the commission reverses automatically.

Do I need my own Meta ad account?

Yes. Ads run on your ad account and ad spend is billed by Meta directly. Boomerang builds, tags and tracks the ads.

How do samples work?

Athletes request products you’ve switched on. When you approve, Boomerang creates a $0 order in Shopify, tagged so it stays out of your sales numbers.

How and when do athletes get paid?

Weekly. You review the payout list and pay everyone due in one click; each athlete receives it in their bank account.

What can I pay athletes on?

Any mix of four rules: a share of sales, a flat amount per order, a flat amount per approved video, or Meta ad results such as a share of ad spend. You can limit a rule to videos or statics and cap what one video earns.

What does Boomerang cost?

Boomerang is free for a limited time. No seats, contracts or minimums. You only pay your athletes the commission you set.
